1 - Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada?

A freight forwarder is required to ship freight to Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii. Our flat-rate $199 shipping charge covers shipping to a forwarder.

From there, the forwarder will continue shipping your order to its final destination. Your forwarder will likely require shipment information like pallet dimensions, pallet weight, and freight class.

Our Team can provide freight forwarder recommendations as well as any shipment information you need.

2 - How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the product you ordered, you can expect one of the following average delivery times:

Cut Sample Orders: 2-4 business days

Box of Samples: 2-4 business days

Freight Orders: Typically 3-5 business days

Moldings & More Orders: 3-5 business days

3 - How much will it cost to ship my order?

We charge a flat rate of $199 on all freight flooring orders. 

All acessories and sample orders will be shipped for free.

Payment

1 - Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax on orders to most states.

If your order is subject to sales tax, it will be reflected during checkout.

The tax is calculated based on the local sales tax rate associated with your shipping address.

2 - Do you offer to finance?

No, we don’t.

3 - What's your return policy?

We offer a 3-day return policy and satisfaction guarantee.

At Kasabono, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and providing the best sampling and shopping experience. We're confident you will love your floors.

In the unlikely event of product defects, our industry-leading warranties provide you full coverage (please refer to the specific warranty for your floor).

If you receive your order and decide you do not want your floor for any reason, we will arrange to have the product picked up and returned to us. If returned within 3 days, you will receive a complete refund on your flooring, minus the full cost to ship the product back.

Please note that on your original order you will receive a discounted flat-rate shipping charge, which is not the actual cost of shipping. For your return, you may use your own shipping provider, or we can arrange return shipping using our rates.

In order to qualify for a return, flooring cannot be installed, cut, damaged, opened, repackaged, or altered in any way. Flooring must have been properly stored in normal living conditions, between 32° - 110°F, and not have been exposed to the elements.

Original shipping and delivery charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances. All returns must be first authorized by Kasabono.

3 - How do I install my product?

Please visit our Flooring Installation page and choose the installation method. Straightforward, with no confusing IKEA diagrams, the official Kasabono Guideline will help you install with confidence.

4 - Do you sell accessories like stair parts and transition pieces?

Yes. We sell all types of SPC flooring accessories and stair parts as well as all the glues and adhesives you will need to complete your project.

1 - What is the status of my order?

2 - Should I order extra flooring?

It is recommended you order 7-10% waste, depending on the size and layout of your project. Some room layouts result in more lost products due to cuts. Toggle the 'INCLUDE WASTE' option on the product page to 'yes' to automatically add 8% waste to your order. You may require more or less waste for your specific project.
