How do I install my product?
Please visit our Flooring Installation page and choose the installation method. Straightforward, with no confusing IKEA diagrams, the official Kasabono Guideline will help you install with confidence.
Do you sell stair parts and transition pieces?
All Kasabono flooring products have color matching accessories available for purchase. We have a variety of transition pieces and stair parts available. Accessories include end-caps, reducers, t-moldings, quarter rounds, flush stair noses, and thresholds.
What do I need to install my product?
To install your SPC flooring, you’ll need tools like a tape measure, utility knife, rubber mallet, spacers, and a saw, along with materials such as underlayment and a moisture barrier (if needed). Ensure the subfloor is clean, level, and dry. For detailed instructions access our SPC Floors Installation Guide.
Payment Questions
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax on orders to most states.
If your order is subject to sales tax, it will be reflected during checkout.
The tax is calculated based on the local sales tax rate associated with your shipping address.
Do you offer to finance?
Currently, we do not offer financing options. However, we’d be happy to work with you to explore other payment solutions that fit your needs.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 3-day return policy and satisfaction guarantee.
At Kasabono, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and providing the best sampling and shopping experience. We’re confident you will love your floors.
In the unlikely event of product defects, our industry-leading warranties provide you full coverage (please refer to the specific warranty for your floor).
If you receive your order and decide you do not want your floor for any reason, we will arrange to have the product picked up and returned to us. If returned within 3 days, you will receive a complete refund on your flooring, minus the full cost to ship the product back.
Please note that on your original order you will receive a discounted flat-rate shipping charge, which is not the actual cost of shipping. For your return, you may use your own shipping provider, or we can arrange return shipping using our rates.
In order to qualify for a return, flooring cannot be installed, cut, damaged, opened, repackaged, or altered in any way. Flooring must have been properly stored in normal living conditions, between 32° – 110°F, and not have been exposed to the elements.
Original shipping and delivery charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances. All returns must be first authorized by Kasabono.

Should I order extra flooring?
It is recommended you order 7-10% waste, depending on the size and layout of your project. Some room layouts result in more lost products due to cuts. Toggle the ‘INCLUDE WASTE’ option on the product page to ‘yes’ to automatically add 8% waste to your order. You may require more or less waste for your specific project.
